Athens the capital of Greece could be hard to understand for the first look - everything is working different way :) Too many cars and motorbikes that almost you can not cross the road (specially around Omonia Square) and the noise, oh. True.
But for the second look it is great place. I think all the long and rich history giving to Greeks a lot until now when they (lets say) playing second violin in the world.
Athens has 2 faces - one the old Athens with all the traditionals, old habits, and the new one with all the modern facilities, technology, new restaurants (with clean bathrooms) with Euro, and in Europpien union.
I like better the Old Athens.
