|  | Cairo/Alexandria Since we're in Khartoum, We decided to go to Egypt for our Eid holidays ( Eid holiday is the end period of Ramadan for Muslims) and I chose Cairo because I wanted to see the Pyramids...And since no travel agency here in khartoum offers package tours..we needed to browse hundreds of website offering a nice package deal for cairo. In the end I got a local agency in Cairo (Egypt Legend) and they sent us a very interesting proposal...and that what we took.
It was nice and shopping was really a must! |
Alexandria Since our package includes a full day visit in Alexandria, we had the chance to see this marvelous part of Egypt..known as the "Pearl of the Mediterranean" ..has an atmosphere that is more Mediterranean than Middle Eastern ; its ambience and cultural heritage distance it from the rest of the country although it is actually only 225 km. from Cairo. | | |
| | The Cruise The trip in Cairo will not be complete without exploring the Nile..The Nile dinner cruise which stay out usually for several hours and include good food, fine entertainment, and a romantic evening gazing at the lights along the the banks. Really, this is one form of entertainment that should not be missed on a visit to Egypt. |
