Bangkok is a very interesting city. Don't forget to have a bottle of (mineral) water with yourself during your tour in the city or around.
Don't drink too much alcoholic drinks! (because of high humidity)
Please be careful of those who want to take you to different shows!
They are usually harmless but wasting your time and money ,of course!
When taking a cab/taxi you might be offered low price,and invitetd by the driver to see special places! This is also usually waste of time!
Don't go out of the hotel sooner than 11:00 because nearly all shops are closed or semi -closed! Don't forget to bargain at shopping even up to 50%!!! It's routine there. Don't be shy in Bangkok, just ask someone to give you informations. Using hat is recommended. If you're interested to visit a nice part of the town ,go and ask a Tuk-tuk to take you to Novotel Hotel, good restaurants around...high class. In the basement of the Novotel hotel you can find a good disco, enterance about 200Bhat, go there not sooner than 21:30... before that take a tour around hotel,nice place.Good luck, don't forget to visit Thai rose(plants) garden very romantic.Any questions? m_ran2003@yahoo.com
