Why "1000 benches" ??? Easy !!! When you stroll around a city for the whole day you definitely need some kind of seats here and there ... and believe me, in Zagreb, you will find a lot all around downtown and even out ... just a lot comfortable !!
The city itself is a pearl, with a buzzy downtown, lots of historical buildings, some modern stuff, quiet corner and lively markets ... gogogogo !!!

I don't like the style of the Official Tourism website of Zagreb, but content is meaningful.
