Hi all, I do not really live in Milan but in a small village 30 km away from the city center ... but Milan is THE place for surronding villages (like mine one) whenever you wanna do anything: drinking, eating, dancing or whatever.
In my very humble opinion it is not such a bad city but if you can spend few days only in Italy I strongly suggest you to go Rome and to visit Tuscany first ... then if you have some extra-time pay a 1-2 days visit to Milan.
