WHY RABAT??

Rabat is my favorite city. It is where old meets new. It is not as crowded as Casablanca. It has every thing you want to see in morroco. It is fun to walk around the Old medina or explore various things in the ouedaia. There plenty of beaches and a good museum. You can go and see the exotic gardens and the zoo. If bird watching is your thing, the near by Almahdyya and Moulay Bosselham is a perfect spot.

Rabat is on a short list of cities in morocco that are represnetitive of the entire country. If you have to visit one city in Morroco and you pick Rabat . You made an excellent choice.

Back again to see yr new tips - excellent coverage of Rabat!!I was always there with my Moroccan and family so different to travelling freely but did always got a closer insight - hope i get back one day at my own pace!
