getting there

We took the ferry from the Turkish mainland, from the harbour of Tasucu. There are two types of ferries, one is very slow. You can buy tickets in the harbour office. Take your time, it is very chaotic and unorganized. Try to laugh it off, that helps! They make you pay taxes several times, but you get very nice stamps in your passport. If you take the fast ferry, you won't be able to go on deck, unless you like getting soaking wet.
