Growing up in a busy city made me very interested in urbanity and stuff but I love nature trips too especially mountains and beaches. I dig new stuff and historical sites. And because of budget issues I don't really look out for fine dining when out there roaming. But I make it sure that I bring something home. A souvenir, perhaps, memories and lots of photographs! |
I've finally earned my undergrad degree after 5 years. I am now working. Now, if I try to be a little more thrifty, I can save up for at least one domestic or international travel every year. Not really. And my work wouldn't allow me to take really long vacations. (3 days is lucky enough). But I'm no quitter. So I will still try. Because to go to places is like my goal. And even if I might end up not actually going anywhere, haha, it's okay, as long as I've exhausted whatever means available. |
Popular places and off the beaten path types both interest me. Regardless of the junk that comes along with fame, these places wouldn't reach their status without something really special in them. Seeing these postcard perfect views in person makes one hell of an experience. The lesser known stuff, kind of gives unparalleled travel joys, kind of like, "oh, this is really something!" and you've to give credit to yourself for somehow discovering something precious.
In my city, I still enjoy the usual attractions. The architecture of the old town district still grabs me. The chaos of everyday streets still gives some of the most interesting finds. Maybe I am a recycling traveler, given the circumstances. The hell though, I'm loving it. |
