The only thing worth coming to this hotel for is the Bird Cage Thai Restaurant. This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in Cairo.

The rooms are quite dingy. The bed spread smelled musty like body odor and the carpets were filthy.

The gym and pool are nothing to speak about. I paid 250 LE for an hour massage from a woman whose nails were too long and didn't seem to have any formal masage training.

The parking staff needs to be trained in customer service. Make sure you park your car yourself or you may find your car with extra dents from being pushed around by hand (into other vehicles or walls) in the over crowded lot.

Unique Qualities: The locker room at the gym looked like a smaller version of my high school locker room built in 1974.
