This hotel was a pleasant surprise after spending a night next door at the trashy Coral Beach. I even paid less per night at the Movenpick which was definetly 1-2 stars better than the Coral Beach.

The customer service was great.

The rooms are huge with very clean bathrooms and spacious sitting area.

Call about resident rates if you have Egyptian Residency Status. The rates are awsome.

This was a horrible hotel. The hotel was filled with loud obnoxius clientel. The front desk staff continued to disrupt my check in due to complaining guests. It took quite a bit of time to check in and it was 2100 at night.

When I finally got checked in the bell boy who was supposed to escort me to my room abandoned me because we ran into another guest who was complaining about their room.

When I got to my room I called the front desk to complain. It rang for about 3 minutes before they answered. I started to recount what happened and I was put on hold so the clerk could answer another call. After 5 minutes on hold they said they would call me back. They called me back an hour and a half later and woke me up.

Unique Qualities: The next morning I turned the water on in the bathroom and it was brown. I let it run for 2 minutes and the color never changed.

After my experience I checked out and decided to take the chance at paying more elsewhere to get better service and non-brown water.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Movenpick next door was cheaper especially since the hotel was atleast 2 stars better than the Coral Beach.

The Movenpick Jolie Ville is my regular hotel in Sharm. The rooms are good sized, nice and very clean. Beach access is good for those in the Preferred and Palm Areas and there is a good snokeling reef accessable from the beach for those who don't want to venture off to the regular dive sites.

This hotel is located close to dive shops that offer boat dives and close to the main strip in Na'ama Bay for night time activities.

Make sure you specify if you want two twin beds or a full/queen if you request a double room.

I've stayed at the Ghazala Gardens a couple of times. The hotel is co-located with the dive shop I scuba dive with--Sinai Divers. The Bugalow area rooms are nice, but the rooms in the main building are horrible.

The rooms are no where as clean as the Movenpick's next door, but the price is a little cheaper.

Be sure to grab a restaurant dicount card at the front desk you will save 10-50% on eating at Ghazala Gardens Restaurants.
