Hello visitors, just want to share these nice pictures with you, taken last year during my short stay in Constantine...

This picture is taken from the University; we can see the Mosque "Emir Abdelkader" which is also the second university for literature and Islamic sciences.
Very impressive with its dimensions and its beautiful architecture and decoration.

This is a lateral view of the Bridge "Bab el Kantra"

I will come back later to write more about this famous and exceptional city...

suspension bridge of "Sidi Mcid", or Gantret s'bitar (Hospital Bridge) one of few connections between the two rocky parts of the city...
It's relating the old town "Kasbah" to the principal Hospital Constantine.
Built during the French epoch in 1912, with 160 m length and 175 m height fron the Rhumel river.
This is one of the most beautiful spots we shoudn't miss in Contantine.

We see the Hospital "Hopital universitaire" behind the bridge

Nice to go there and relax... enjoying the nice view over the extended plains from that high place.
