The check in was slow and not welcoming....very matter of fact. My room was on the 18th floor, with a view of the Nile. Quite fascinating. Room was tidy and clean and large and spacious. The wardrobe doors are old and so are the chest of draws. A/c is a bit noisy. The hotel is lively and the lobby very active...like a market place...with a hub all 24 hours!! Food is nothing great to write about. Restaurants serve very average quality of food. Pool closes too early at 6 pm. Would rate the hotel very average.
Unique Qualities: Great views of the Nile and the city traffic!!
