Munich is a beautiful city to explore and we had a great time right from the start. Our flight arrived by 8am and we got to our hotel by 10:30. Since our room wasn't ready we took advantage of that time to wander a bit and grab a bite to eat.
Being that we had gotten a partner pass that was good on the U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram system we took a tram ride and then made our way to Marienplatz to eat. It was a beautiful day and we truly enjoyed it. |
|  | Olympic Stadium Since our travel pass was good until 6am the next morning we took advantage of that and made our way all over the city. Probably our best pick of the day was to head out to the Olympic Stadium area and wander. The park system there is extensive and a great area to walk and explore. |
