Very well maintained, very good location, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, discret bars, cinemas, mc donalds. Is the perfect place to stay if you want to doing some shopping. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable and also the pillows, are bigs and very comfortable; the staff is extremely helpful and the restaurant next to the lobby is amazing, the buffet is absolutely fantastic.

We had a very basic room in a different building from the reception. We had the keys to open the door to enter to the building because had not receptionist nor bellman. The room definitely needs a renovation specially in the bathroom and a good cleanness to remove the smell of mould. Breakfast was just ok, not much variety in a very small restaurant. Didn't like the location, didn't seem very safe, but is very close to little India and Mustafa Store 24 hours and there is a MRT station near.

The location is fantastic, very close from Plaza Singapura which has a Carrefour inside and the MRT Station in front, (in fact is located between two MRT stations); close from the Istana goverment house and off course being in Orchard Area, sourrounding by shopping malls and restaurants. Just in the corner is a small food court and the Centre Point Mall. We usually start our "Orchard Walk" from here. The hotel is very nice, absolutely clean, well mainteined, rooms are enough large as well as the bathroom, the staff is courteous in general and the breakfast is delicious!!!
