Lake Taupo

Lake Taupo was created by the largest volcanic eruption of the past 5,000 years.

Approximate the same size as Singapore and is the largest fresh water lake in Australasia, it is situated in the central north island of New Zealand. Only 1 hours drive from Rotorua.

Due to its location in the centre of New Zealand`s North Island getting to Lake Taupo couldn`t be easier. The best way to get here and to travel around is to drive. It only tooks ard 3 hours and 30 minutes drive from Auckland.

Te Kuiti Sheep Shearer

Te Kuiti is the Maori name given to the area, that literally means "the valley". It is a small town in the south of the Waikato region of the North Island of New Zealand.

The town promotes itself as the sheep shearing capital of the world and is host to the annual New Zealand National Shearing Championships.
