ALBERITE

ALBERITE is a small village 7 km far from Logrono, the capital city of LA RIOJA. La Rioja is a tiny and beautiful region world wide known by its famous wines.
There are aproximately 2000 inhabitants in this village. The population is increasing due to the fact that this village is a convenient place to live quite close to a city but with advantages of living in the countryside.

ART

The San Martin Church is located in the centre of the village, its tower seems to overlook the whole place. It dates from the 16c and there is a beautiful altarpiece quite valuable built by Arnau de Bruselas in the 16c.
Julian Ruiz Navarro one of our neighbours and most of us arte teacher will explain it you (spanish)
