Hello people! As you can see my name is Marijan and I live in Croatia! It's a beautiful little country on Mediterranean sea and I like to think that is the most beautiful in the world...

As someone who likes to traveling i'm trying to do travel anytime I can...(when I have time and money:)) Especially in last few years I feel that inside me is some little worm that doesn't give me any peace if I stay in one place too long...I suppose you all know what am I talking about.

Nights in Prague

Untill now I have visited Italy, Vatican City,Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Czech republic, Germany, Austria , Malta, France and Netherlands.

In all my voyages I have met so many interesting people and this is the biggest reason why I like to travel, because I think that knowing different cultures and people improves you as a person.

The main mistake I was doing constantly when I was traveling is that I wasn't taking the camera with me so I do't have much pictures so far...
But as Ciceron said "historia est magistra vitae" , on my last journey to Prag I finally took the camera and take a lot of pictures. From now untill the end I promise you my friends I will never leave without it any more....:)

Me inside of Collosseum

Every time I go on Internet I visit this site, simply because I enjoy reading about experiences of other travelers. I like to see photo’s from every corner of this beautiful planet.

Regarding my travel pages I have decided following:

1. I will not write my travel pages as a tourist guidebooks because I think you can by guidebooks in every tourist office in country you decide to visit.
2. I will not write you detail history of objects I visited, you can find that also in tourist books.
3. 1. and 2. will not be apply only for my own country because I think I have duty to inform other colleges travelers about my country.

I just think that it is more interesting to write about places in more subject way and to say some personal thoughts and events that happened in these travels and places I visit.
Of course that doesn’t mean I think that other VT-ers are wrong when they are writing detailed history and other general data about countries, cities, and buildings.

Also, I will write tips because I think it is very important to inform other travelers about practical things in places they are preparing to go.

People, that is everything about my role in VT!

Pompei

My last travel and also first outside of Europe was in Tunis in September where I spend 8 days and did about 1500 km with a car all over the Tunis. Great experiance and when I will have more tim I will build page about that.

Gozo (Malta) - The azzure window

I must say that I don't know where will I go next. My wish, when I will have enough money, is Portugal and south part of Spain.
