*Update May 09 - Arrived safe in Okinawa, girls and life keeping me from any big updates on the pages.. :(

Welcome...
Who we are: A family with a few little girls who have lived in Europe for 7 years, and now Japan. We moved from the United States over to Europe a month after getting married way back in 2002, then Japan in 09. Life has been an adventure, including the birth of our 3 girls/travel partners...

We started these travel pages to document some of our favorite spots.. with the intent of sharing photos and insight we have picked up along the way. Hope to build on them some more but time has not permitted that lately :( Just some of what we've done, some photos, and we really hope to provide info that can be useful to others...

Getting around

We quickly picked up the traveling bug after moving to Germany summer of 02; in April 2003 Isabella joined us; Nov 2004 Michaella came on board; Oct 07 - Benvenuti Gabriella. Our girls come along on our travels, I was figuring this out and realized that Michaela had been through 10 countries by her 1st birthday. Being in Italy, che bel Italia, 05 to 09 and were quite happy exploring the remarkable country, as it turns out, most of these pages are of spots in Italy... due to our enthusiasm for this country!

Why we travel: Like most, it is to experience new/different cultures, people, check out how they live, history, food, and of course learn stuff... doing this economically is key for us.

so...

We've got a bit of a "traveling with kids" spin (the one thing that seems to be lacking a bit on this site). I know we're not the only ones toting our young ones around with us, I see plenty of others out there and we hope to share a bit of our experience. Drop us a line!

Hi there, featured member. Nice home page, like the collage photo. We travelled Australia with little ones. Its great that you can take your children with you, they will be more knowledgble than many others.
