Tenerife is one of the Canary islands, near to africa. Spanish language is spoken and the currency is the peseta.
We stayed in the man made resort of Playa Praisio near to Las Americas. It was a nice little resort which catered for all nationalities.We met people from Germany, France, Finland Norway.
Every night we went across the road where there were little bars with entertainment on. each one had a singer impersonating either Cher, Rod Stewart, neil Diamond and many more.
Even though we were all inclusive of meals and drinks, we still ate out every night, we get fed up of the same old food and scenery.
All the restaurants are very cheap. We had a three course meal for around £5.00 a head.
