When eating in Chinatown, make sure you know what you are getting into. Some places are really not sanitary. Going to the website of SF Public Health Department and checking restaurant`s food safety score can save you from having a diarrhea or worse, later. It is fine during the day time, but you probably should not wonder around there at night. Its borders are Polk (North) - Jones (East) - Mission (South) - Van Ness (West).
