In March 2008, I stayed 3 days at Hotel Axa located in Praha 1 in the centre of Prague: Good location, nice rooms, friendly staff - but a nightclub (for gentlemen) in connection to the hotel!
Prague is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever visited. The historic centre of Prague was absolute fantastic with many interesting buildings and sights...
The Czech Republic has a long tradition for brewing beer, and another good thing was the many bars - and the fantastic Czech beers...

I have lived for almost two years in Prague and can say that it is all façade. Prague has a wonderful architecture in Viennese style but it cannot enjoy good nature unfortunately.
I agree about Prague being a real beauty (but then again, who doesn't?).
