    Getting TO/AROUND: The island of Læsø is serviced by the ferries of the Læsø Line. The ferry sails between Frederikshavn (in the northern part of Jutland) and the town Vesterø Havn on Læsø. The crossing takes 90 minutes and there are up to seven departures every day – most in the summer season.

    If you want to bring your car to Læsø you can make reservations through their webpage. I don’t think it is necessary to make reservations if you are a walking passenger. Check their webpage for timetables.

    Getting TO/AROUND: Læsø is a rather small island and a bicycle is a great way to explore the island. We rented bicycles at Jarvis Cykler – 5 minutes walk from the Læsø Ferry - and paid 75 DKK per bicycle for ½ day. This was enough time to see the western part of Læsø on a 20km route.

    You find Jarvis Cykler on the main street in Vesterø (pass the Tourist Information and a bakery).
