I'm a chemist by day, musician by night who lives in san francisco and thoroughly enjoys what my city has to offer. I first left the U.S. at age 41 when I was hired to play a musical in Switzerland and now all I want to do is travel. I'm past the age where backpacking and hostels are attractive options and I like a comfy bed in a nice room and sitting in the front of the plane.

I've lived in SF for fifteen years and love it. I'm downtown, walking distance to North Beach, Chinatown, Polk Street, Union Square, Tenderloin (hey, great food in the T.L.)
I play percussion, timpani and drum set as much as I can and I can hear the cable cars clang clanging from my apartment.
