Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland. It's a beautiful city with lots of history. There's also a lot of shopping...which I thoroughly enjoyed! There are a lot of museums, cathedrals, parks, and of course, the Edinburgh Castle. This castle is huge!! We didn't pay to go inside because it cost 30 pounds (which is almost $60), but we walked around it and took some good pics. We took the train from Glasgow to Edinburgh and spent the day in the city, so there was a lot we didn't get to see. I'd definitely go back and spend some more time at some of the historical sites....I'm a history buff, sorry! |
