Munich is a city worth at least a 4 night visit. There is lots to do and see while in Munich plus some half-day or day trips that are worth checking out.
The people in Munich are very friendly. When you go to a beer hall expect the locals to strike up conversation or tell you about the local brew! |
|  | Beer Halls etc... While in Munich you have to check out the Beer Halls. Try to find the main locations of the major breweries. They are not all in the Marienplatz area!
We are ate (and drank) at a different Beer Hall each night we were in Munich.

2.Weisses Brauhaus-Schneider Weiss
3.Augustiner Keller
4.Lowenbrau
5.Paulaner
We also tried the beer at Hacker Pschorr, visited the beergarden at the Chinese Pagoda in Englisch Garden & did a half day trip to Andechs Monastery! |
