What a great city near the lakeshore!
Chicago, I soon learnt, is pronounced as "Shee-kar-go". An Indian name I suppose. Great restaurants, museums and Sears Tower.
Yes, it can be windy and cold but as most people already known it was the too much bragging after the World Exposition that Chicago got that nickname.
Amazing to drive out of Chicago downsouth. The road is straight and long with the same street name.

You must return to Chicago in the Spring or Summer or Fall when it is so vibrant and filled with surprises at every turn.
I remember it to be windy when I visited Chicago, but it was May so it was not too cold!
