I found San Diego to be a very pleasant city with great weather, cheerful Californian architecture, undulating rolling hills and fast highway interchanges.
There are six lanes highways between San Diego and Los Angeles which can be heavy on weekends but easy to get there and back.
So be prepared to allocate enough travel time for the traffic if you are driving from LA to San Diego for a day trip here.
Besides the Seaworld, the world famous San Diego zoo is nice and you can cross the border to Tijuana, Mexico. No need visa just a valid stay in USA if you are holding a foreign passport. |
