|  | The name Hong Kong is pronounced as "Heong Gong" in local Cantonese and "Xiang Gang" in official Mandarin. Translated into English, it means "Fragrance Harbor".
Hong Kong has the New Territories and Peninsular of Kowloon with the Hong Kong island, Lantau, Lamma, Cheng Chau, Tsing Yi and other outlying islands.
Both Tsimshatsui in Kowloon and the Central District in Hong Kong Island are the prime tourist shopping destinations.
Kowloon means "Nine Dragons".

1) Take the Star Ferry from Kowloon to Central, take a boat tour in Aberdeen Harbor or Victoria Harbor or to the Big Buddha at Lantau Island or to Cheng Chau Island.
