| | Seoul is the capital city with over 10 million people.
Was pleasantly surprised by the number of bridges in Seoul over the Han River.
Korean characters everywhere reminded me where I was.
Found the subway system fascinating with the deep tunnels and subway stations and trains turned into artwork. |

Seoul is less than 50 km south of the North Korea (DPRK) border.
We took a bus day trip to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) or Pakmunjon between North and South Korea. It was an exciting outing and photo opportunity to "capture" both North and South Korean military officers on camera. |
