Lisboa was a great place to go I thought. We went to Portugal for spring break, partly to go to the sun and partly because it was cheaper than many of the other places that had beaches. We weren't dissapointed at all. Lisboa is definitely a big city with all the problems that go along with it but there were many things to see and I definitely would love to go back. We stayed in a little hotel right in the middle that had a great view of the plaza down below. THe only problem for me is that the Portugese tend to be on the small side and so I towered over them. No way for me to blend in! Also, there is a ton of great seafood restaurants to try. Even had octopus there and liked it. Just don't let the tentacles get stuck in your teeth! ha ha :)
