The Great River Road

Grafton, Illinois is such a neat little river town. We go there just about every Sunday during the boating season. There are tons of great little shops and restaurants, plus it is a wonderful place to people watch.

Getting there is very easy either via the Grafton Farry which puts you right between the new Grafton Marina and The Loading Dock, by your own boat, or take the Golden Eagle Farry and drive down The Great River Road and you are there.

Here is a good website for the town.

I will be building on this page as often as possible with tips on things to do and see and most of all the best place to have lunch. So come back soon and check it out.
