This Hotel is very nice place, also rooms are nice done, but that is all. Prices are to high, Restaurant is bad and the behavior of personal is not so great. Maybe they behaved bad to me, because I am czech, but especialy in my country I dont have excuse. We live near to this Hotel, but we would never recomment it to our friends. Not even to enemys.

I was staying here with my sister after her brain operation. This time, we did not live in Prague yet. After her op she should stay few days in Prague if there come some complications. After op like this you have a lot of special wishes and the personal of this hotel helped us great, was allways friendly, even if the reception woman cooked tee after midnight, because there was nobody in the kitchen. This hotel is in one art nouveau building, great renovated.
Unique Qualities: In the whole interieurs of this hotel are the modern technology and traditional design comming together. Everything is great designed into the last detail, rooms are very comfortable and really very nice. The best in this Hotel is the personal. Here you can enjoy the real czech hospitality. The hotel does not have own restaurant, but you can get some food into your room and they make great breakfast. My opinion is, that you don't need restaurant there, because there are a lot of very good restaurants around. Personal here helps you with any kind of things you need, they are really great.

when this hotel has been opened new, we had to spend a night here in the suite with Charles Bridge wiev. I think there are nicer hotel rooms in Prague, but it was anyway very nice and very comfotable. Personal of this hotel is high professional, I was missing the warmness, which is so typical in czech, but there was no problem. All together, the hotel is great, you can meet there international prominence, because they all stay here, but I think the price compared to service and equipment of the rooms are not comparible. For the most expensive hotel of Prague I looked for more.
Unique Qualities: Food in the Hotel is great and sure the location of this Hotel is perfect and that is what you pay there.
