Historical Prague

Hradcany, Prague Castle
This City is alsmost as old ald people's history. Even in Stoneage were people living here. Prague Castle has been builded between 880- 890. There lived the first czech prince Borivoj.
This makes Prague to one of the oldest european metropoles. Sure Prague developes, in Gothic time there was living Charles IV, czech and german emperor who let build Charles Bridge and etablished Charles University.
Other big epoch has been the Art Nouveau on the beginning of 20th century, from this time we have a beautifull fairground.
And the time goes on, the newest Architectural Showplace is the Dancing House on the Vltava River....
Oh and what I forgot, every european big city is making promotion, that it is in the midle of Europe. Dont let you blame, the midle of Europe is official in Czech!!!
Evening in the City

Fun in Prague

There happens allways something in Prague. With kids you can visit the most modern Zoo in Europe (and one of the largest), during Hockey word championship you can feel the power of Czechs on the old time Square, where everybody is watching the games, there are bautifull theatres and exhibition halls and sure planty of clubs and discos.

Food in Prague

Czech food is delicious. If you are there search for some of Czech Restaurants and try czech dumplings, it is not good for your weigt, but it is tasty. In Prague you get all kinds of food, but the best is czech ;o)

My friend is german and he says he likes Prague more than even Paris. Prague remainds him to Paris in the sixties.
