Aquarium wonderland

If you like aquariums or just like a good deep look into the underwater world. There is a great opportunity not to be missed while your in Valencia. L' Oceanografic as is a very suited named as shows all the different oceans around the world. Its has very informative and good educational audiovisual displays for each ocean.

There is a restaurant inside the aquarium you have to make a booking for the restaurant as its very popular and only have 120 seats. If you want to visit the park you need the entrance, but if you only want to have lunch or dinner you don't need any ticket. How they keep you from a visit to the park I don´t know.

Jardin Botanico -The botanical garden.

The botanical garden of Valencia offers a nice relaxing atmosphere you can step into for a small fee. It is dominated by large trees and is surrounded by a large wall giving it a fell of being in a large room where the treetops makes it out for the ceiling. In the garden there is a large population of cats and I did see more people that came to feed the cats so to become very popular here just bring a little food for the cats.

Directions: You find the botanical garden just outside the old city walls around 200 meters in front of the Torres de Quart.
