I think I met more people from Boston in L.A. than I've actually met in Boston. I managed to go to a Red Sox bar on my first night there. It was like I never left home. I already knew everyone. It was a mass take over for that one weekend. I don't actually think anyone in L.A. is actually from L.A.
My plan was to relax and get some sun. I didn't expect to find so much to do. Every surrounding area of L.A. is so different from the other. I got to see nature and night life, beaches and city streets, the very posh neighborhoods and the very laid back surfer towns. It was a nice surprise to find such variety. I barely had time to sit still, there was just so much to see. |
