I worked here during the winter of 2005-2006. LRMC is the go-to hospital for the US Armed Forces - Europe. Soldiers come from not only Europe, but also Africa, Eastern Europe Republics and the Sandbox (Iraq...etc). |
| | The City Below LRMC is situated on a hilltop above the German city of Landstuhl. The view would be spectacular if it were not partially obstruced by the trees. Socially, the LRMC experience is not what I would call the German Experience. The look and feel of the hospital is very American with English being the predominant language spoken...it's a military installation, allright! The second most common language spoken is Russian. |
