"Heidelberg" Heidelberg by lorendc

Left Baden Baden because it was a town for people that wanted to gamble at the casino and spend time at the natural hot springs spa. Of which neither was our goal. On a whim we went onward to Heidelberg.

A man on the train said that we must eat at "Zepel" because it was an institution. Ate there 3 times and enjoyed the atmosphere, beer and food.

We also spent about 3-4 hours at a tavern on the river that was about 10-20 and would seat maybe 20-25 people. We bought beers for the locals and vice versa. Later a person that spoke english arrived and we spent much of the time drinking with him.
