"Oldest University in Wales" Lampeter by illumina

I studied Archaeology at The University of Wales Lampeter between 1996 and 1999. It is simultaneously the smallest (with around 1500 students at the time I was there) and the largest (as part of the University of Wales) University in the country. It is also the oldest University in Wales, being founded in 1822, and claims to be the 3rd oldest in England and Wales combined (although a couple of the University of London colleges may argue that one!).
