What a disappointment. I would definitley not recommend this as a five star hotel - more llike a 2.5 to 3 star at best. When my husband and I checked in (at about 6pm) , we were given a twin room - not a double room like we booked. There was no electricity in our room due to a flown fuse or something. They did sort this out after about 40 minutes. It was now quite dark and we are looking forward to a shower and dinner. The bathroom was dusty and dirty - looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. Thank goodness we only spent one night here. Requests that we made to change to another room were denied and when we asked to speak to the manager on duty we were brushed off.
