The Black Forest is a large area, covering the South West of Germany. It boarders the French Alsace and Switzerland.
There is plenty to see and do, such as the Waterfalls at Triberg, Lakes Titisee and Schlugsee, Glass blowing, lovely old Churches, open air museums and the highest point in the Black Forest is Feldberg. There are lots of places to walk and cycle paths, you must try the thermal Spa baths.

We just loved to go a wondering, we had to study the map first, then make sure we had sturdy shoes on before setting off on our ramble
