The capital of Savoie

Chambéry, between lakes and mountains, the alpine crossroads of Europe, is one of the most importants cities in the Alps, just in the entrance of them.
One of the most important monuments in Cambery ins the Fontain of the Elephants, set up in 1838 by the Grenoblois sculptor Sappey to the glory of General de Boigne (1751-1830 )

I think we stopped at this restaurant to have lunch, it's situated in the center of the city, but I don't remember what... more travel advice
