Welcome to my Homepage. I hope to give you some great information about what to do in Australia (particularly Queensland where I live). You'll find some great links to sites about Australia showing you where to eat, visit, stay and general info. I am trying to keep it updated, but if you have any questions I'd love to hear from you

Where I'd like 2 travel next

%London: I hope to one day move here permanently, but this year I will finally visit this fun city
Paris: To visit my GREATEST friend Fabrice. I would LOVE to live here to, I am so in love with it
Venice: So romantic!! So not 100% sure if I will go here. I might be a little bit of a loser going here alone, lol
Pisa: Can't wait to see Alessio. He is one of my BEST friends ever!
Rome: Wow, this will be amazing to see!
Sicily It will be great to visit Marko, and go clubbing
Barcelona: This will be nice to visit. I've heard a lot of nice things.
Madrid: One of my best friend Claudia lives here now, she use to live in Berlin, but I'm excited to visit her in Spainc*

Something About Me

My name is Alicia, and I love travelling and learning about other cultures:)
At the moment, I am still studying at University. But I can't wait to finish so I can travel around the world. I am studying Marketing and International Business, so hopefully I will be able work anywhere in the world.

I have just moved out into a really lovely Queenslander on top of a mountain with my best friend, Kirsty. It has 4 bedrooms for only 2 girls but we love out space. hehe. We are thinking about joining couchsurfing.com share our spare room with fellow travellers. I will get around to it soon, promise :).

On the Weekends In Queensland..

Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast
Obviously my friends and I LOVE going to the beach to swim and surf. I am still only learning to surf, so I am really bad. All the good surfers love laughing at the newbies (makes me cry.. just joking).
Surfing is much better at the Sunshine Coast. But Gold Coast is better for nightlife.

Brisbane
The Valley in Brisbane is the best for clubbing. The best Clubs are The Stock Exchange, Birdie Num Num, Monastry and Belushi's. There are loads more, but these are fun.

There are a lot of places to shop in Brisbane to, like Southbank markets, China Town, the Valley and Queen St Mall..

My Two Best Friends

My Best Friends, I love them lots!

This is a photo of my best friends Sara (right) and Katherine (middle). Sara is actually my cousin, but we look NOTHING alike hahaha. We all LOVE horse riding and dancing and going to the beach.

We also love being silly in photos hahaha!!! (see the Album called Coldplay)

Sara is scared to fly at the moment but I am trying to convince her to come to Europe with me. But she is getting better, we go to South Australia, Melbourne and Sydney a lot to party.... and that means flying hehe).

Katherine has been travelling since she was a small child as she was born in London.

Ohhh my cute baby brother, i love him so much. He loves to go for a ride on our dirt bikes with Dad and loves playing the drums... its so cute. He can't really pronounce my name yet...so I am known as "A-shaaaaaaa" hahaha. His favourite food is apples, bananas and cookies

- Has anyone tried out the couch surfing website? I am wondering if people think it would be safe for a single girl. I am off to Europe myself but want to meet locals.

hola!! to answer yr questions: not tried coachsurfing but may do one day! fav place to live.... gd qu, i´ll come back to it! earliest memory was walkin thru the snow listenin to to the crunchy sound it makes - on my 1st day @ school :) how about you? m.x
