Beautiful sky in Northern Uganda
Following the peace talks in Juba, South Sudan between Lord's Resistance Army and Ugandan government slowly brings the increase of security in Northern Uganda. Kitgum was the city that affected by the LRA movement years ago. Nowadays it's safe to travel to this small city.
