Although officially in the municipality of Antibes, Juan-les-Pins is considered a town of its own, located about 10 minutes from downtown Antibes, in the direction of Cannes. Juan-les-Pins is a small beach town known for its Jazz Festival. It also has the liveliest summer nightlife on the Côte d'Azur. In July and August evenings, the town is completely transformed when people from nearby towns flood the streets. The city has a plethora of great restaurants and several night clubs. Popular themed cafés play loud exotic music, and shops stay open until 1 am. It is definitely worth spending an evening here or longer.
