"Rhode Island, another beautiful New England State" Rhode Island by Polejump

When I was in the Navy I was stationed at Quonset Point, RI. I lived in Pawtucket just outside of Providence. It's a beautiful state with the ocean on the south shore and some of the best seafood anywhere. I also would visit Block Island, RI, a small Island 14 miles off the south coast which is a nice quiet vacation spot with lots of good fishing and good eating. We would take a ferry out of Point Judith for a nice cruise to the Island. I also have very good friends that live in Warwick, RI whom I have known for over 40 years. One of which is PAWTUXET, a VT member. Her husband and I served in Antarctica together in the 60's.
