Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu Province, is known as the Capital City of Six in China's history. It lies on the south bank of the Yangtze River. In 1937, the inhuman Nanjing Massacre happened. More than 300,000 Chinese people were killed including women and children within a span of 6 weeks. Although the Chinese fought off the Japanese invaders in 1945, the memories are still lovked vividly in the older generations as they talked about them. I have to dig out pictures of Nanjing but still procrastinating..lol
