Home prices are rising rapidly in Florida, but this is a particularly nice place to live. There are older attached condos and new homes (without basements. The amenities are great, and you're close to everything.
We love to ride bikes and there are 5 major paved rails-to-trails within a 100-mile radius.
This is truly tropical florida, and the parks are beautiful, filled with water birds and tropical foliage.
- Pros:Wonderful weather and location
- Cons:A lot of crabby old people and very poor drivers
- In a nutshell:It's home and I don't care to leave.
