Sparks Street Mall
Plan at least 30 minutes to stroll on Sparks Street, downtown. The street is close to traffic and it hosts a nice pedestrian mall. During the summer, the steet has live performers, fruit stands, outdoor restaurants and lots of tourists! You can not expect too much activity during winter, though!
