Sheffield's: Try this one if you like BBQ Ribs

Restaurant Name: Sheffield's. It has an outstanding outdoor beer garden with tables for a nice picnic. There are lots of teenagers outisde, but it is a fun place to be at. The inside has back bar and very big variety of drinks (more than 100 brews to choose from!)

You can find this gem on 3258 N. Sheffield Ave. You can also call them at 773-281-4989 if you want to know how to get there from where you are.

Favorite Dish: Baby Back Ribs and also the Pulled Pork. All the meats come with three sauces to slather the meat in: Texas Spice, Carolina mustard-and-vinegar, and Memphis hickory smoke. The sauces have a base of Goose Island beer, so you may want to get a different dish for your toddlers or just let them have the meat w/o any sauce.

Spring: Try this one for a different dish

The restaurnat is located in a former bathhouse near the intersection of North, Damen and Milwaukee Avenues. It is a very nice restaurant and I would recommend this one for a different dinning experience.

Hours: 5:30-10 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday; 5:30-10:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday; 5:30- 9 p.m. Sunday; closed Monday

Favorite Dish: Their menu changes daily. Everything is fresh and tastes great. My favorite dish that I try to get every time I go there if they have it, is Lemongrass and Coconut Soup. I also like a lot their ahi-tuna.
The desserts are to die for, so make sure you try their home made ice creams (for $10 you can sample all the flavors they have in house).

Address: 2039 W. North Ave.

Signature Room at the 95th: Go here for best views and decent priced Martinis Signature Room at the 95th Review

I always go here when I have friends visting me and I want to show them the city from up high. We pass the lines to the Hancock observatory and head straight to the Signature Room. Here we order a Martini ($7,50 for a non-alcholic one and $13 for a regular one), enjoy the drink and take in some very nice views of Chicago. Eating here can get pretty expensive, depending on what you order, so if you are on a budget, come here for a drink only and a nice view of the city.

Favorite Dish: Scallops (served with pasta) and Petit Filet (served with asparagus and potatoes)

Address: 875 N Michigan Ave

Comparison: more expensive than average

Green Zebra: Best vegetarian dishes in Chicago!

Green Zebra is the best place in Chicago to enjoy something different when it comes to food. This is a vegetarian restaurant, but meat eaters will also enjoy the food here. The menu changes seasonally.
Last time I was here I had crispy sweet potato dumplings with bok choy (very good!).
The creamy sunchoke ravioli with goat cheese, hazelnuts, and fresh dates was also very tasty. They serve French-press coffee and exotic teas.
Desserts are to die for! I had a dark chocolate bouchon with pecan turtles and vanilla malt ice cream.
They are open for dinner daily (starting at 5:30pm). There is also a Sunday brunch from 10:30am to 2:00pm
