If you have the time..take the tram lift that goes up the highest in the area. Even if you dont ski the views are worth it!

Hotel Sonnenresidenze Alpenpark

Nice Hotel. Rooms are spacious, and clean. The location is great..because it is a fairly short distance to the train station..although you might wanna take the hotel shuttle, and it is off the main drag of other hotels. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are great after a day of sking but I really enjoyed the turkish steam room...wondefully scented and soothing.There is a spa with a variety of services if the pool isnt enough for you, ohhh and the food is great!

Pros and Cons

Pros:very walkable, plenty to do but also not do. try local scnapps!
Cons:pretty touristy..but its a ski town..dont forget sunblock!!!
In a nutshell:Beautiful, just wish I could ski better!!!

Seefeld is a great place for a skiing vacation - both downhill and cross-country! Great hotel tip!

Hi Tara, nice start!! to your Seefeld page. I last visited Seefeld in 1974 on a family holiday and have just re-discovered lots of colour slides taken then. regards Martin
